Our beautiful free range bronze Christmas turkeys are slow grown to full maturity on our farm in Cornwall. Giving them a fabulous covering of fat and a super depth of flavour. The turkeys are game hung to enhance their flavour, dry plucked and hand finished. Sold in a branded presentation box with giblets, fresh herbs, cooking instructions and a pop up timer.
As a small family farm we raise our livestock with the greatest care and attention. Our ‘mini farmers’ are heavily involved in rearing the turkeys, turkey delivery day is their favourite day of the year!

Having tasted the Treway Turkey @ the winter Fair, it was tasty and succulent and having gone around twice for tasters?
We bought a Turkey and have continued to buy one for the last 3 years, the quality has always been superb.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased and collected a Turkey from Treway Farm. On the first occasion I overcooked it but it was still delicious, but on this occasion I cooked it to perfection (63C before resting) and the result was the most delicious turkey we’ve ever tasted. Even the leftovers were just as good the next day, so I will even consider cooking it a day before next time. We bought a medium (6kg) to feed 5 adults & 1 child but used less than half the meat meaning plenty of leftovers! Will probably buy one size up next time to maximise the leftovers! I’d suggest price per portion is about £5-6 which I think is a bargain for the quality you are getting.

Just to say a HUGE thank you to Will & Kate and family for making our Christmas this year complete with the most beautiful and delicious turkey ever! As a retired butcher my dear old Dad said it was excellent in every category. I fed 12 easily following good old Delia Smith’s cooking schedule which worked perfectly. The turkey was succulent and delicious. Will definitely be ordering another next year. Thank you All
