By accessing the website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ORDERING

Please order your traditional Christmas Turkey on our website www.trewayfarm.co.uk, by telephone on 01726 883 207, or visit us at one of the events that we will be attending. You are deemed to place on order with us once you have paid a deposit for your turkey. You will be given an opportunity to check your order and correct any mistakes. A deposit payment of £20 must be paid at the time of order. The remaining balance must be provided on collection of your turkey. We may refuse to accept an order if goods are not available; if we cannot obtain authorisation from your card issuer; if there has been a pricing or product description error; if you do not meet eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

DELIVERY

Delivery is not included and all turkeys must be collected from Treway Farm at the times stated on our website.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

As our turkeys are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it, refunds cannot be given and returns are not accepted.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

In the unlikely event of your turkey being unsatisfactory, please contact us.

AVAILABILITY

All of our turkeys are mature birds which have reached their full size and will have a good covering of fat and dense meat. Whether they are 6lb or 20lb. Please note that all weights are subject to seasonal variation. It is possible that you may experience a slight variation between ordered & received weight in either direction but we will make every effort to work to orders.
