grass fed sirloins steaks

100% Grass Fed Sirloin Steaks and Pine Nut Topped Salad

X2 Grass Fed Sirloin Steaks

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Butter

1 Garlic Clove (left whole but bashed once)

Sprig of Thyme

Mixed Bag of Salad

Handful of Toasted Pine Nuts

Salad Dressing of Your Choice

1, Remove the steaks from the fridge at least 30 mins before cooking so they are closer to room temperature.

2, Remove from the packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper then season with salt and pepper.

3, Take a heavy based frying pan and add the oil. Place on a high heat on the hob until the oil is shimmering. Then turn down the heat and add the butter.

4, Once the butter is sizzling carefully add the steaks to the pan. Tuck the garlic and thyme in the sides of the pan.

5, Use tongs to turn the steaks every 30 seconds to one minute so that they develop a beautiful golden crust.

6, Once cooked to your liking remove your steaks from the pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes while you prepare your salad.

7 Add your chosen salad to a bowl with any extras you fancy such as avocado, tomatoes, etc. Then sprinkle over your toasted pine nuts and dressing of choice.
