Our wild venison has been sourced for us from the Roseland Peninsular where we graze our young cattle alongside the river Fal.

Being a wild animal venison is naturally lean, high in protein and packed with B vitamins and iron.

Our venison mince is a delicious option for an earthy ‘wild’ bolognese or add a good dash of red wine for a comforting ragu.
