Free range large christmas goose – 5-6Kg

 

Our beautiful truly free range Christmas geese are slow grown to full maturity on our farm in Cornwall. Giving them a fabulous covering of fat and a super depth of flavour. The geese are traditionally game hung to enhance their flavour, dry plucked and hand finished. Sold in a branded presentation box with giblets, a jar of goose fat, fresh herbs and a pop up timer.

As a small family farm we raise our livestock with the greatest care and attention. Our ‘mini farmers’ are heavily involved in rearing the geese.
