Free Range Saddleback Pork box – Large

These saddleback pigs have been lovingly reared for us by Sue who not only works for us prepping beef orders but also farms herself next door to Treway.

Having lived a life fully outside, they have been allowed to grow slowly and naturally. Giving them a sweet tasting meat and delicious fat covering. Our pork has been traditionally hung giving it a fantastic depth of flavour.

The saddleback pig is a native breed to the UK and was created back in 1967 by crossing the Wessex and Essex pigs. They are perfectly suited to the outdoor life as they are hardy and well known for their docile nature.
