Our beautiful free range bronze Christmas turkeys are slow grown to full maturity on our farm in Cornwall. Giving them a fabulous covering of fat and a super depth of flavour. The turkeys are game hung to enhance their flavour, dry plucked and hand finished. Sold in a branded presentation box with giblets, fresh herbs, cooking instructions and a pop up timer.

As a small family farm we raise our livestock with the greatest care and attention. Our ‘mini farmers’ are heavily involved in rearing the turkeys, turkey delivery day is their favourite day of the year!
