Making Hay

The weather has been settled this week which has allowed us to finish this years hay making. Will has been very busy this week cutting the grass which then has to be left to dry for 5 days and turned using a hay bob on the back of the tractor. Then it is pulled into rows and finally baled. Then the hard work begins when the hay is loaded onto a trailer then stacked in the barn at home by hand. It is all hands to the deck and even Charlie was helping or it could be said supervising!
